I've been keeping myself busy in evenings to avoid snacking and drinking lots of water.

Pushing my dinner to slightly later time so i'm not usually hungry after it.

Getting back to it big time tomorrow, I didnt sleep great last night so was tired and no energy today ...fingers crossed tomorrow is a better day as I am a bit disappointed as was feeling great the past few days Thanks Joe girl am making an effort to be conscious re snacking am a comfort eater and eat a lot of crap when stressed have got into bad patterns over years due to various stressful events I feel good about taking a bit if control back am going to get up a bit earlier during work week to try and get in walks its dark so early girls Joanne Girls weighed myself today and was down 1 1/2 lbs which I was glad about another 10 lbs to go! Am defo not diving into the junk am trying to plan meals etc have friends coming over sat nite and am going to just tip away hostessing won't stuff my gob so am prepping for that Joanne x Doing good.

Going to weigh myself on Saturday morning but feeling optimistic.
